UPDATE: About a month ago, I lost a petite diamond from my beloved sapphire and diamond pendant that I initially purchased from Jewelry Depot. I wear it almost every day– which is the same frequency with which I receive compliments on it–so there is no surprise that it would need a repair after a few years. I have to admit, given that I live in NYC and the store is in Florida, I was a little nervous about the turnaround time.
However, I couldn’t have imagined a smoother interaction or better results.
The attentive Salesperson at Jewelry Depot listened to my concern over the phone and assured me I would be wearing the pendant in under a week. The repair EXCEEDED my expectations beyond belief! Not only did my pendant come back with all diamonds intact and the pendant rhodium-plated, but I was NOT CHARGED for the repair at all, given I had bought the pendant from Jewelry Depot. My personal experience with these jewelers turned out as a pleasant one. Happened towalk in on a Wednesday before a closed Thursday due to a Jewish holiday. The bracelet repair completed on a Saturday. Customer here without a single complaint about the extended wait! Reason: I came in right before closing on that Wednesday. The store was closed on a Friday due to a family emergency. Their was a printed posted sign on the front door indicating as much. Received the repair completion notification and walked out with a satisfied aura! A very professional establishment.

After searching a few places and even going to Aventuras International jewelers exchange to sell my ring I was not comfortable with what they were offering me and I went around kept asking and came across Ted at Jewelry Depot and he gave me a lesson learned on diamonds that I will not buy any jewelry if it’s not from Ted! He knows his stuff takes his time and after telling me the history of my ring I asked him for 500 he gave me 650!!!!This is the best experience I’ve ever had and I did not even purchase anything I sold something.

Ted and his family are extremely kind and knowledgeable. My wife wanted to make a Rolex like bracelet for her Apple Watch band and Ted was able to make it for her. While we were there he also cleaned her engagement and wedding rings and educated us on all things diamonds. I lost an earring from a set that my mother had purchased for me and reached out to Sean from the Jewelry Depot to help. I live in NYC/Miami and this is hands down the best custom jeweler I have found in either place. He recreated an extremely intricate pair of earrings in 18 carat yellow gold with safety backings so I don’t lose them again. He thought of everything and kept me updated throughout the process. He is truly a craftsman, perfectionist and a professional. The earrings were priced reasonably and fairly, and I was given a breakdown of materials and labor costs. I will definitely be a repeat customer and would not hesitate to recommend the Jewelry depot to my friends and family for all their jewelry needs.
I was looking for a Rolex sub 2 tone for a while and after checking with 5 other places I must say that jewelry depot had the best price, but more importantly made me feel very comfortable by standing behind there product and guaranteeing the product, since I have bought my Rolex here I have come back a few times and actually felt comfortable enough to buy a high end diamond which I later showed to other places and all told me that I paid really well. While vacationing in Florida, my husband and I stopped in at the Jewelry Depot. We are both huge fans of the Citizen Eco Drive watches, and we were both hoping to find a good deal on a watch.
When we entered the store, we were very happy to see that they had several of the Eco Drives on clearance at 40% off. I found a watch that I really liked, and the salesperson calculated what the cost would be with the 40% off. I was thrilled and decided to purchase the watch. Before finalizing the purchase, she took the watch to one of her colleagues. After a few minutes, she came back and informed us that she would not be able to sell us the watch. It turns out that the watch was not working properly, and their watch person was not on site to take a look at it. I was very sad that I couldn’t buy the watch, but I have to give them kudos for being honest about things. They very easily could have gone through with the sale and not said anything at all.

The staff (Ted, Jessica, and Lillian) are very friendly,honest, helpful and knowledgeable about diamonds and all the jewelry in the store.
